Terms of Use & Testing Disclaimer

Read these conditions before accessing the SAS evaluation console. Acceptance of these terms does not replace system-level authorisation or applicable legal requirements.

Read testing, data, privacy, and responsibility notices

1. Evaluation-only purpose. This software interface is made available for testing, demonstration, research, troubleshooting, and development. It is not offered as a certified, regulated, or production-ready casino management system.

2. Test data and non-production representations. Figures, meters, events, transactions, machine statuses, dashboards, and reports shown in an evaluation environment may be simulated, synthetic, incomplete, delayed, or otherwise non-production. They must not be interpreted as verified records of actual casino operations. The system operator must verify independently that no live production feeds are connected before representing an environment as simulation-only.

3. No operational reliance. Do not rely on evaluation outputs for gaming, payouts, accounting, compliance reporting, security, financial decisions, or real-machine control. Do not use this interface to initiate production commands.

4. Authorised use. Access is limited to persons expressly authorised by the system operator. Unauthorised access, attempts to bypass security, and connecting real systems without permission are prohibited.

5. Confidentiality and data protection. Do not upload or input personal data, payment details, real player data, regulated gaming records, production passwords, or confidential casino information into an evaluation environment without explicit authorisation and appropriate safeguards. Processing of any personal data remains subject to applicable privacy law and the operator's actual privacy practices.

6. Security and availability. Testing software may contain defects, interruptions, or inaccurate information. No promise of uninterrupted service, error-free results, or fitness for regulated production use is made by this page. Any legally applicable rights and duties remain unaffected.

7. Regulatory compliance. Access to this evaluation interface does not constitute gaming certification, regulatory approval, licensing, or permission to operate gaming equipment. Users and operators remain responsible for applicable laws, licences, approvals, and contractual obligations.

8. Acceptance. By checking the acknowledgement and signing in, you confirm you have read and understood these conditions. Your confirmation is a user acknowledgement, not a substitute for access controls, a privacy policy, or a legally reviewed agreement.
